Align Family Medicine

Align Family Medicine offers high-quality medical care to families residing in and around Helena, Montana. Founded by certified physician assistant Lauren Davis, PA-C, our goal is to provide accessible, meaningful, and patient-centered care to families.
 
Lauren is passionate about teaching individuals the importance of preventive care and empowering people to take control of their health. She offers a range of preventive health services for families, including well-child checks, annual physicals, sports physicals, and women’s health exams.
 
We offer management of many chronic diseases, including diabetes,
asthma, COPD, and hypertension, as well as behavioral health conditions within the scope of practice, to both adults and children over the age of 4. We will also offer Annual Medicare Wellness Visits once the practice is enrolled with Medicare. We strive to provide access for acute issues as much as possible to improve your continuity of care.
 
Our overall goal is to make you feel treated as family and heard regarding your health concerns and goals.
